I've been meaning to try CKO Kickboxing in Jersey City, and I'm glad I finally did. The atmosphere is genuinely welcoming, which made a huge difference. Everyone there was super cool. The instructors are clearly dedicated; the one running my class, John, really makes time for each person, offering tips and corrections even in a busy group. It doesn't feel intimidating or overly flashy—just a great workout in a supportive environment. Definitely recommend checking it out! ✌️

It’s little more than a year now since I associated with CKO Jersey City. I started it as a 3-month trial as I was bored with my regular gym workout routine, BOY little did I know that I would start loving this routine so much so that now I can’t go back to my old gym workout! Their workout plans are very good with a mix of everything for everyone. I love all the coaches as everyone brings their unique style and motivation to each class and it’s mostly their energy that makes me push my limits and not to forget the front-desk staff-They are super sweet.
Highly recommend! I love this gym! It's a really great, intense workout that's a lot of fun. A great way to relieve stress, get in shape and lose weight. It's a tough, high intensity workout, and they push you, but you can also take it at your own pace and adjust as you need to. The community of people who go there is amazing, and so are the coaches. I used to go in 2019 before Covid for over a year and got in really great shape and loved it, and started going again in early 2024 -- I wish I had come back sooner! If you're considering it, definitely don't hesitate to try a class.
