We rented through Clan Gordon for the past three and half years and we can't recommend them enough. Everyone at Clan Gordon was friendly, helpful, and professional, and their communication was excellent throughout. It was easy to get in touch with them, and they were always quick to sort out any issues. All of their processes were clear and transparent (including checkout), and we always felt like they had our best interests at heart. Excellent renting service for landlords from start to end with no problems. Clan Gordon was very approachable and responsive at all times. Minor repairs were also dealt with efficiently and with high quality contractors at decent prices. Would definitely use them again if the opportunity arises.

Myself and my girlfriend have been in our new flat for almost 3 weeks now and are very happy with our experience with Clan Gordon! The process of moving in was very smooth and they provided us with an easy experience during a stressful time. Since we moved in, they have been very supportive with any inquiries that we have had. They are very quick to respond and receptive to any adjustments that we suggested regarding the flat, offering advice and any help that we required. It is very refreshing to have a letting company which looks after its tenants so well. We hope to be with them for a long time!

We have been renting with Clan Gordon for almost five years and they have been fantastic from start to finish. The whole team have always been so supportive and communicative and nothing was ever too much trouble. Whenever we needed anything they were quick to respond and always really helpful and understanding. Repairs and queries were dealt with promptly and clearly which made everything so much easier for us as tenants. The final checkout was also handled in a really smooth and transparent way which took away a lot of the stress that usually comes with moving. We would especially like to thank Mike, George, Anna and Krisztina whom we dealt with directly throughout our tenancy. They were consistently professional, approachable and a real pleasure to communicate with. We would have no hesitation in recommending Clan Gordon to anyone looking to rent as they truly set the standard for what a letting agency should be.
