Great experience getting repairs on my 10-year old truck after it was rear ended. They updated me weekly on the status and thoroughly explained when they identified additional repairs. I truly felt valued as a customer. They even replaced my 10-year old original battery cause it was just old:). Hope to not need their service again, but they will be my go to for future repair needs. In Alaska you are free to take your vehicle wherever you choose. The choice for me is easy.

Very impressed with the customer service and great communication. I thought the labor repairs were fairly priced and there was excellent communication about scheduling and timeline for repairs. They worked with my USAA insurance flawlessly. My truck looked and ran perfect after repairs. Very satisfied and I’ll recommend their service to others.

They would not take my vehicle because we have commercial insurance and it already paid out the estimate. They will not take a non drivable vehicle unless if its through an insurance claim, which it was through Berkshire Hathaway, but since it was already paid out I was told they would not accept it. Even when I offered to pay twice the amount that was quoted for the repair in case there were more issues I was told they would not accept it. Fantastic.

I took my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek in after a car accident. Even through my insurance this company was communicative with me, reached out often via text to update me on the progress as well as expected return date. They were helpful in every way possible. A great relief especially when I had to deal with 2 insurance companies regarding this claim.
