Disappointing experience overall. I left another print shop after being told this company could meet my specific label needs and tight timeline, as I needed labels completed by this weekend. My team and I were very upfront that, as a small business just starting out, I would begin with a smaller quantity but fully intended to continue working with them long term especially with them being a local business. Ian was kind and helpful throughout our initial conversations. However, once the owner, Brandon, became involved, the pricing, timelines, and expectations that were discussed in person began to change. These changes were not communicated clearly or in timely manner. Instead of being upfront earlier, important things were changed the day before the holidays, leaving me with little time to pivot or find another solution. I was clear from the beginning that I was on a production deadline, and this was acknowledged, yet expectations continued to change . Samples were NEVER provided for me to review the quality or confirm the labels would meet my needs unless I paid the full order amount upfront—something that was not clearly communicated initially. This left me in a difficult position, needing to make a decision without even seeing samples. Because of this lack of transparency and inconsistent communication, I am now forced to find a last-minute solution during the holiday rush. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing before moving forward, as I made the mistake of relying on verbal discussions and was put at a disadvantage.I would not recommend this company for new or small businesses that need smaller quantities, clear expectations, or reliable communication.

I couldn’t be happier with this printer’s service! I’ve used them for memorial programs and keepsakes, and every piece has been exceptional. The printing quality is excellent, always delivered right on time. Their customer service is outstanding—kind, responsive, and truly committed to making your vision a reality. I’ve tried other companies before, but this one exceeded every expectation. Their printing surprised me beyond what I could imagine—they don’t just print your design, they bring it to life with care and clarity. Highly recommend!

Did you know they make custom magnets in house?!? They can print them without ordering. Brandon the owner is very welcoming, he has a very capable print shop. Make sure to find out all the ways they help you! Ian the graphics designer is an awesome artist, together these guys don’t miss! Love my new business cards, they look good and feel good. Love the look of my truck magnets!! Ian designed and printed two magnets to the exact size I requested. You can tell they want your return business. When my daughter needed a print service I sent her to them, they treated her the exact same way they have treated me for years.
