For $165 (each) I was definitely expecting more.. my scalp was barely touched during the entire service. Just some creams and whatnot were slapped onto my hair, I barely received any scrubbing. My baby hairs were pulled twice at the end of my service… and whatever products they used washed my hair dye off!!! We paid extra for the hand and foot massage, which I anticipated being a real massage but it was just some generic rubbing for all of 3 minutes. I will say whatever facial mask they used was a great product though but I do wish it was a more gentle removal. The person providing my service was very heavy handed when taking it off my face 0/10 not relaxing
