I had a fantastic experience and most definitely will use them again. Kim was wonderful to work with. She kept me informed of every step of my project. My painter Scottie was so hardworking and easy to have in my home. I am thrilled with the work they did!
In addition to our having recently re-hired Classic Papering & Painting to paint our kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities in our 3 small bathrooms, and a folding closet door, we previously had Classic paint the entire interior of our home - on 2 occasions, stain a dining room cabinet, and paint the fascia trim boards around our deck. So, the fact that this will have been the fifth time we've hired Classic Papering & Painting is a clear indication of the faith and trust we have placed in them to perform excellent work. We did not even get another quote for price comparison. Our recently completed cabinet painting project did not disappoint, and we are particularly grateful to Kim Snively in the office for always being so pleasant and for all of the time and patience that Kim has always provided for each of these 5 projects to ensure that we are fully satisfied at the conclusion of each. We love how much brighter our kitchen and bathrooms have become, thanks to John McFarland's excellent recommendation for us to paint our dark brown cabinets and vanities using Benjamin Moore's White Dove color!
Classic did an amazing job on our new home. We wanted to bring a bit of personality to the all white walls. Everyone we worked with were friendly, flexible, and communicative. It was about a week long project, but due to an issue with wallpaper we ordered getting damaged in shipping, they had to come back at a later date to wrap that up. Overall a great experience!
I had an amazingly good experience with Classic Papering & Painting company. Every individual I came in contact with was kind, courteous and skilled at their job. As with every project issues arose. Their ability to pivot and mitigate those issues were key. I like doing business with people who are flexible.
It was so great to find a company who paints, wallpapers and can do ceiling repairs, to avoid having multiple companies in and out. Extremely happy with the paint and wallpaper! Sean came right over to do an estimate the day I called in, and they were great about working with my wonky schedule. Kim in the office is so nice and easy to work with too. They were really conscientious about making sure I was 100% happy and it's beyond appreciated. They outline everything they do really thorough in the contract, so there's no surprises and they deliver on their promises. Scott came out to do a walkthrough to make sure I was happy with everything when they were finished - he's great at what he does. I would definitely use them again! I LOVE my new wallpaper!
