Perfectly fine car wash despite the online posted hours do not match the actual hours. But the real reason for the one star review is lack of response from management. I had set up a monthly auto-pay about two years ago and despite many attempts to contact management to discontinue auto-pay, I have never had one response. Now I am forced to close that account and update ALL my auto-pays. Very disappointed.

Awesome experience the 2 guys before going into the wash we amazing good scrubbing before even going through the wash not only that they noticed that the vacuum we where using wasn't sucking good and fixed it without having to ask overall amazing experience

This car wash is truly the best. Owners are super friendly fly and on top of everything. Unlike other car washes, they do it right. From the start they spray the front, back, and driver + passenger side. After you come out and use the free vacuums, they offer you water. They also will take your mats and wash them separately. Their monthly plans are affordable and you get discounts on more cars. We have all 4 and are super satisfied with their service. They also are community supporters and that to me is also huge.

I came to Classic Touch Express for a basic car wash. Our Trailblazer had been sitting a while and when we finally got her running again she was filthy. The guys at Classic Touch did an amazing job. They were friendly, professional and clearly cared about the work they were doing. The even ran me through the wash again at no extra cost just to make sure she looked brand new!! I will definitely be back!!

First time visit. They took my mats and got them brand new! They were absolutely wonderful to my 3yr old (he loves car washes). Gave him a lollipop too. The car looks even better than the other locations I've been to. Will recommend to friends and family in the area. I really appreciate the great customer service.
