As a mom of 3 little kids it's hard to find a place to have a birthday party that is unique & fun. We had the BEST experience having my daughter’s 6th birthday party at Claw & Fun Austin! From start to finish, everything was smooth, stress-free, and so thoughtfully done. The party package was reasonably priced and included a dedicated party host, which made such a huge difference. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted with setup, guided the kids during the games, and handled all of the cleanup (yes, ALL of it 🙌). Every child went home with a stuffed animal prize, which was such a fun and memorable touch. The team helped the kids with the claw machines the entire time, so even with multiple little ones, there were always extra helping hands to make sure everyone had fun and felt included. I truly can’t say enough good things about this experience. It was a birthday my daughter (and her friends) will always remember, and as a parent, it was one of the easiest parties I’ve ever hosted. We can’t wait to come back! I would highly recommend Claw & Fun Austin for birthday parties or group events!
Amazing place! So many photo moments! The staff is so nice!! There was this lady I believe she the owner or manger . She was amazing!!! Like she made sure we was having fun! She is definitely the reason I’m coming back with my kids!! 10/10 I definitely recommend to come here with kids or a date!! It was such an amazing experience !
This is such a fun experience with games for all ages. They have old school pay and get prize similar to the old machines in front of stores, claw machines with small prizes, large prizes and also trade in prizes to win larger prizes. We had a great time thank you
My family and I love claw machine venues so were excited to stop in to Claw & Fun tonight. While we wanted to love it we would definitely not recommend it as it’s clearly designed to take your money with no possibility of winning. Over and over again the claw would pick up the selected plushie but drop it once it started its trek to the opening. None of the claws were strong enough to carry the machines’ items. I am including screenshots from the videos we took. Note the adequate claw placement yet NONE of these made it to the opening. The claw strength gave out first, dropping them all back into the machine. The only redeeming part of the experience was Caleb. He was genuinely nice and tried to help us win by fluffing the machines and putting the plushies right by the opening. It didn’t help (they still dropped back into the machine!) but he made sure we didn’t walk away empty handed, which was appreciated. Overall, the concept is awesome, the place is clean, staff is friendly, but until the claw strength is adjusted we will not be back.
Great spot. Fun games. Some easy to win, but not all. Some release it when it should hold. Not very expensive though to have the kiddos enjoy themselves for a bit. Adding VR games too! Would definitely try those! Our kid had fun for 20min and we spent $10. Friendly staff.
