This company went out of their way to help our business out by fixing a roof that had many issues which many contractors didn’t want to even mess with. The Cleveland weather was tough and this company made it happen. Not only was the job tough but they had to do it and keep our business open, their team was professional and did an amazing job on working around our customers and keeping the worksite clean and safe. There were no surprise charges at the and they never tried to upsell us on extra things. With a rapidly deteriorating 137 year old slate roof to replace, St. Paul’s Church could not have partnered with a better roofer! Once the Da Vinci Slate was delivered, the project progressed rapidly according to plan. The crew was competent, engaging and polite. No off-color language and plenty of lively music. Roman communicated their schedule and kept all deadlines. Of course there were a few repairs required once the old roof was removed. CCR took care of those deficiencies without missing a beat. Finally, they left the grounds in good order, cleaning up all debris. These folks are terrific to deal with!

We love how even though you are a company who is large, you made us feel as we were part of your family. We believe your pricing to be fair and it was thousands below Roman and Zach were awesome. Anytime I needed them for a question or concern they were there to explain clearly what Was needed. They were very clear in everything we spoke of. The crew they used should be applauded for their commitment and dedication to the job they were doing. We tried to keep them supplied with coffee and they almost felt like they were becoming family. Always a smile and respect shown. Work was done completely and on time. I could not believe my eyes when I saw them working in the cold weather. They just kept on working like busy ants to get the job done and done correctly. I also appreciated the owner who was very involved in the process. He is very easy to speak with and was here at the beginning and throughout the project to ensure the job was up to their reputation. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. The next roofing job that we have Cleveland Commercial Roofing will be the first and only call I will need to make. They tore off three roofs and laid down our new BEAUTIFUL ROOF without a hitch.
