I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Cleveland party rentals. Everything from scheduling to set-up and removal were absolutely perfect. With a days notice you were able to deliver ten outdoor heaters to our son’s wedding venue, which gave us great peace of mind to know that as long as it was dry outside, we would be able to continue with the original plan of having the ceremony held outdoors. Cleveland Party Rentals made hosting our event completely stress-free! They arrived on time, set up all the tables, chairs, table covers, and even hung beautiful LED string lights that gave the space the perfect ambiance. Everything looked amazing, and I didn’t have to lift a finger. The next day, they came back and took everything down so efficiently that you’d never know we even had a party. The entire process—from booking to cleanup—was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. This was my first time renting an inflatable bounce house and I had a terrific experience with Cleveland Party Rentals. They had a great selection, pricing was inline with competition, prompt and helpful customer service, and our kids LOVED it!! They were ages 3-10 and everyone had a blast on it due to the different features (double slide, basketball hoop, bounce, water option, etc). They made the process extremely easy and efficient. I would definitely rent from them again.
Cleveland Party Rentals saved me when the other rental company I paid for had to cancel the day before our event! They came early, set everything up and tore everything down for the dunk tank. I 100% recommend the dunk tank, all of the kids had a blast and everything went smoothly. Just make sure you drain your tank so you don’t get charged for it.
