My technician kale was very nice. he came on time was very helpful . Checked every single thing possible on my ducted as it's not working properly. Found the issues very quickly. Explained to me very well why each part is not working & how he will fix it with replacement part's. Definitely recommend this service. The receptionist at climate plus was sensational i rang up with no idea what to do with the major issue i had with my ducted. Receptionist she was very nice explained everything to me & the service I required with all information i needed to know with out me asking any questions. Great service all around. Will and Issac were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to complete the required works efficiently. Greatly improved the foundations of the aircon unit as it was leaning against the fence previously.
During request for a AC service from Climate Plus, Office staff were very helpful in arranging the service, then contacting me to advise a seviceman was available and could attend on the same day. The serviceman advised us of his arrival and timing prior to attending. On arival he discussed our issue and indicated he would check first and advise. On inspection he dicovered issues with the float valve that was a cause for overflowing water. I was advised imediately of costs and replacement was agreed. The complete unit was cleaned serviced checking all equipment thoroughly. All safety precautions were used during the service on our roof together with a detailed report including photos, emailed to us on completion. Thank you Climate Plus, great service. Mike.
Climate Plus get a five star review from me. The whole process demonstrated professionalism and competency. From quoting the best price to delivering a flawless install everything was easy. The install team were friendly and intelligent. They were honest and informed me that this was the first delivery of a new technology (Sigenergy) and still everything went smoothly!

While I did receive some cheaper quotes, Climate Plus offered very competitive pricing, and the service was above and beyond anyone else I spoke to. From the initial consultation to the final install, everything was professional, efficient, and clearly explained. Highly recommend Climate Plus if you’re looking for quality solar and battery installation with excellent customer after care. Photos were provided by Climate Plus after install, they wouldn’t let me up with them 🤣
