Great place to climb and staff are very nice...Matt however, I believe he was supervising? So rude and loud, seemed like he didn't think I belonged here , so he kept coming at me in a condescending manner about something. It's my first time here ...rock climbing in particular, so I am going to do something wrong. The way he tried to help me do it right today was by yelling at the top of his lungs, asking me specific questions with rock climbing technicalities. Probably frustrated that I didn't get it fast enough...got louder, i asked him to not yell and find a calmer voice in him to talk to me, he tried...but had already ruined my day at this point. Matt...find a kinder way to teach customers, we all learn at different paces. You are an expert here I am sure, you can do it with grace. My kids' safety is my priority, and had already done a few walls successfully. Be kind...
Bethany and Jon are amazing!!! Jon is always so polite and Bethany has helped us endlessly. I have enjoyed watching my son progress in rock climbing. Bethany’s patience and attention to our care has been so helpful. This is our new favorite place and we always feel so welcomed here :-).
My boys thoroughly enjoyed this venue, finding ample opportunity to expend their energy. The facility was clean and spacious, with an atmosphere that felt secure throughout. Since it was our initial visit, we went through the necessary orientation sessions. The cost was quite reasonable, particularly as we ended up spending four hours there. My sons engaged in every activity within their reach, delighting in the fun and gaining confidence as they conquered the summit of one of the climbing areas. After our adventures indoors, we explored the outdoor space, which featured an inviting area filled with hammocks, chairs, and rocking chairs. Recreational options included cornhole, an oversized Jenga set, a large Connect 4, and a tub of chalk for sidewalk art. We're eagerly anticipating our next visit.
Cons: they charge $5 for a gym tour on your first visit for each person. That feels scummy. There's also a few people that aren't employees that tell you what to do like they own the place. Walls aren't that tall, and bouldering is definitely on a different plane of existence if you've been to other gyms Pros: Amazing sets and ACCURATE grades. If you want to climb outdoors, this is at close as you get indoors. No comp sets, just old school style routes properly graded. If you want to pretend you're a 5.12 climber go elsewhere. Had a ton of fun the two weeks we visited. Look forward to coming back
Great rock climbing and bouldering gym, very friendly staff, and lots of options to choose from for beginners and experiences climbers. There's around 5 auto belays, and the rest are normal belays. There's a small and easy bouldering section right at the front entrance, and a bigger area in the back. They have a small gym at the back too, with bars, weights, etc. The rock climbing walls are around 40 feet tall. Awesome experience!
