I had an enhanced head spa with Trina at Cloud Nine Head Spa and it was outstanding. Trina is skilled, attentive, and professional. She explains each step clearly and creates a calm, restorative experience from start to finish. The scalp treatment felt thorough and precise, not rushed. I left feeling deeply relaxed with noticeable relief in scalp tension and overall stress. The space is clean, serene, and well run. Trina’s technique and care set a high standard. This treatment delivers real value, not a superficial spa experience. I highly recommend Trina at Cloud Nine Head Spa. I will be returning and referring others without hesitation.

Above the city rush, Cloud Nine feels weightless. The couple's suite opens to the skyline - glowing, endless. One look, and your worries fade. From the moment I walked into Cloud Nine Head Spa, I could tell this place was different in the best possible way: spotless studio, soft music, and a gentle welcome that felt genuinely warm, not scripted. When you arrive, the staff will greet you and show you where the washrooms are located before the session. There are two shared seating areas for guests to wait. One at the front and another at the back. It is best to stay in the front waiting area if possible, as that is where staff usually come to call clients for their appointments. The staff are easy to recognize since they wear uniforms with name tags and company logos, and you may notice that several different businesses share the same floor, so you will see various staff members walking around throughout the day. Jiena greeted me with a calm, confident smile, and her preparation and time management were on point: everything was neatly arranged, from the towels to the tools, and my appointment started right on the dot, which already set very professionally tone. The couple's room with two larger corner windows stole my breath. Watching the downtown lights and sunset while settling into the chair was like getting front-row seats to a private Calgary skyline show, and my worries started to slide off my shoulders like snow off a roof. As the treatment unfolded, it felt like all five senses were being quietly pampered in harmony. The soft, rhythmic sound of water and relaxing music in the background; the warm lighting and cozy, clean room for sight; the subtle, comforting scent of the products and room for smell; the gentle tea offered before and after for taste; and of course the incredible touch of the head and scalp massage. What really stood out was how many different tools and techniques Jiena used while the eye mask was on. Even though my eyes were covered, I could feel each changes in pressure and texture, which made the whole session feel like a carefully choreographed routine just for me. It honestly felt like being on "Cloud Nine" in the most literal sense. My mind drifted, my body lossened up, and by the end I looked in the mirror and thought "Wow, I actually look more rested." At the end of your visit, the staff remain polite and professional as they wrap up your appointment. If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to modernize the loyalty program: instead of a physical loyalty card that is easy to misplace, a digital loyalty system or simple app-based stamp card would fit how most of us live now, since nearly everyone carries a smartphone and it would offer more features than a paper card. Higher recommend.

Great experience! I had been sitting on a gift card for over a year, unsure of what it was going to be like and it exceeded my expectations! Facilities were very clean. The room was peaceful. I had Jenny during my service and she was fantastic! From the moment you walk in youre greeted, brought to your room, she gives an overview of what happens, asks if the temperature of the water is good, they are there to accommodate! Would definitely go again! Thank you!

I had a wonderful head and neck spa session with Jenny, and it was a truly relaxing experience. From the start, she was very kind and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable and that the treatment suited my needs. Her technique was calm, professional, and well-balanced, with just the right pressure. What impressed me most was her ability to sense where tension was building and focus on those areas with great care. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and helped me completely unwind. By the end of the session, I felt refreshed, relaxed, and recharged. Thank you, Jenny for such a pleasant and thoughtful experience. I would highly recommend her and will definitely be booking again.

We had a great experience today at Cloud Nine. Jenna and Hilda were fantastic and so nice! My girlfriend even fell asleep during her massage... it was a very relaxing experience, and yes, the view was great too. 10/10 will recommend to anyone looking for some pampering.
