I had a good experience with buying my furniture from CLS. my complaint is that the 90 days same has cash is very misleading. I applied for the kornerstone card but it isn’t a credit card it is a leasing agreement. Was not told there would be a $25 registration fee and went to pay off my furniture and there was $ 100 fee for using the leasing agreement. CLS please learn and explain this process better if you are going to supply it for customers. I would buy furniture here again but I would pay for it all at once. I thought I was getting a credit card with 90 days free interest. I ended up paying $75 more for the furniture because I used this lease agreement.
I came in because they were advertising mattresses for $135. When I came in they tried to sell me mattresses for 300 instead which is fine. There was only one mattress that was supposedly in a box for 200.00 , but the name of the box didn't match up to the name of the mattress. I did not find this out until I got home and got it completely out of the package. I was not given the opportunity to make a proper decision to buy the mattress, and the guy Scott didn't know anything about the mattress. He did cut me a deal on the mattress, but I could've got it for the same price. If I would've just ordered what it was online if I would've known what I was ordering. With that being said, I would've had a better experience if I would've just bought some Joe Schmoe's mattress in a box off of Facebook marketplace probably for a heck of a lot cheaper.
I had a fantastic experience with CLS. Visited on Saturday morning, after trying numerous local chain showrooms with zero luck. We were greeted right away, had questions answered, and were given space to explore. I unfortunately can't remember the name of the employee - but he was great! Found exactly what was I was looking for, in stock, within 10 minutes and was out the door in 15. Delivery was this morning and was just as seamless - they called 30 min out, showed up on time, fully unpackaged, assembled, and cleaned up the mess, and were gone. Only downside to this experience was the fact I didn't try them much sooner - great service and unbeatable prices!!
Bought my Sectional 2 years ago. I left messages on their website and called about a large indentation in the middle of my ottoman where it looked like the frame underneath isn't holding the cushion at all. And the stitching is not fullly stitched. I paid extra for this ottoman and never received any call back. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this company is not worth anyone's money.
I had the best experience shopping at CLS Direct and will henceforth be using them for all of my furniture needs! To begin, the shopping process was smooth and easy. I came into the store knowing what I wanted, thanks to their easy-to-navigate website. I consulted with Evan and George, who showed me the product and rang me up in about 10 minutes - the whole process was effective, while also remaining incredibly friendly! The couch itself is wonderful. I have used it everyday, multiple times a day, for the past 2 months and it still looks brand new. However, that's not to say it isn't comfortable - it is, and I have fallen victim to many naps on the couch. My cat has taken to using it as his personal scratching pad, but you can't even tell - there are no scuff markets or stray pieces of fabric. This couch was worth every penny. Despite this couch being my favorite piece of furniture in my apartment, it's not my favorite takeaway from my experience with CLS - that would be the customer service. I am still impressed by the kindness and knowledge that Evan and George showed me when I entered the showroom. I'm looking forward to shopping here again!
