I called CLT Quality because I noticed musty smell coming out of the vent. Their quote is more affordable compared to other contractors so I went with them. The result is amazing. The air is clean in my house now. They also solved a mystery about why I got weak air flow from the vent in my guest bedroom. They found pieces of toys, medical records and bank deposit copy inside the duct. And those papers were dated 30 years ago!
