This Pilates studio is outstanding. Every class is thoughtfully planned, challenging in the best way, and led by instructors who are attentive, motivating, and genuinely invested in your progress. The studio itself is immaculate and has such a welcoming, positive energy. What truly elevates the experience is the manager. She is professional, approachable, and clearly passionate about creating a supportive community. Everything runs seamlessly because of their leadership. The studio’s policies are communicated with total clarity and transparency, from bookings to cancellations, which makes the entire experience smooth and stress-free. An exceptional studio in every way. Highly recommend!

I had a very frustrating experience trying to cancel my Club Pilates membership after honoring the emphasized three-month minimum commitment. When I attempted to cancel through the app at the time of the third charge, the app did not allow cancellation and instead instructed me to call the studio. I waited until the next day to call, only to be told that cancellations cannot be handled over the phone and must be submitted by email. After emailing, I received messages attempting to persuade me to keep my membership. When I respectfully declined, I was informed that I had missed a due date I was never clearly informed about, based on fine print that was sent after I had already signed up for their membership. This all occurred right at the start of my third month, despite my good-faith effort to cancel promptly. In my opinion, the process lacked transparency, empathy, and clear communication, and it felt unnecessarily difficult to reach the right person to complete a simple cancellation. From my perspective, this experience resembled the kind of tactics some businesses unethically use to discourage cancellations and retain customers beyond what they actually want or need, even after meeting their minimum commitment. P. S. The instructors are really good and very dope. The studio management leaves much to be desired.
