Kristen was my instructor today, 1st day back & thought I was just going to jump right back into four classes a day playing catch up *smh* I heard a voice say ‘not in Kristen’s classes and surely not today 🫣🤭 Like Sara, Kristen is very focused, deliberate, & wary. I love her flows. They are always so very challenging , . My core is still so weak because I forget to engage it every exercise. Kristen caught that & corrected my form. I really appreciate it, because I can’t always see myself. We got that WERK in level 1 and 2 classes today. Thank you! I’ll be back for more tomorrow. Preparing for PTT soon. 🙏🏾 ———- Lily is very innovative! We did cool exercises with the TRX that I've never done before in all the areas that I need to strengthen. I heard this class at Briargate was her first few since moving to this area from Florida. Lily is a great addition to the CP team in Colorado. Welcome!! ----- CP- Briargate— how many different ways to say WE LOVE & ADORE YOU ALL!!! Noelle at the front desk signed me up & I haven’t been able to stop using my Renew Activ Xponential benefit ever since. It’s been at least 20 classes of pure bliss so far & im a Pilates Reformer lover for life. The front desk is always so attentive, helpful, able, & flexible— thank you Lauren & Geneva!! The coaches like Sara & Denise & Caroline are absolutely on par with coaching all the accurate moves to make us feel like pros when we are just beginners. I can’t wait to progress at my own pace! They never miss detail for a correct move & Pilates stance at all the right times & while keeping pace with the hour long class. I can’t stop buying the different merch & my lower back is totally corrected because of the momentum I’ve been able to keep up with at different CP locations. My pelvic floor is getting strengthened and I’m thinking of a private lesson for the March Matness Challenge. This is my home location & im happy to be here & body is loving ALL the benefits. I have been here I believe 4 times before and love it. I also do Pilates at lifetime. I walked in at 9:06 and ran to go sit down, (I have never been late, no idea about the 5 minute rule but have a sick kiddo at home) I kick off my shoes and am about to walk in and Kat stops me and asks for my name(I already had checked in on my Wellhub app) I stop and the clock hits 9:07.. she says oh you are past the 5 minute rule. I understand, however, since I’ve done Pilates enough, the girls are just sitting and lightly stretching not on the machine yet and only around 6 people there, I am fine with it but after hearing about having a sick kiddo and never being late and having enough experience I could have joined the class as it was 1 minute past when I walked in fully ready..grace and kindness could have been given but it was not. She didn’t even bother..after being up all night with a sick kiddo, it took everything in me to show up..I just want to let other mamas know, there are other gyms in town that have compassion and act with kindness and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Kat also said she would reveres my check in and she did not. Now I am having to call and I lost my work out for the day!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love Club Pilates! The studio is always clean, welcoming, and has such a positive energy. Carolynn is an incredible instructor — she’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and always makes sure everyone feels comfortable while still getting a great workout. Her classes are perfectly balanced between challenging and fun, and I always leave feeling stronger and refreshed. Highly recommend taking a class with her!
I had always wanted to try out a Pilates reformer class and came away with really positive feelings after the level 1 class at the Briargate location. Mike did a great job instructing the class and giving cues and correction. I was surprised and pleased to feel more loosened up and flexible (especially in my tight hamstring area) and refreshed after the class.
