Amy is such a great teacher, watching to be sure my body is positioned properly for each stretch and giving excellent feedback. She is calm and patient, yet direct in giving directions for each exercise. I LOVE Amy's class for Center & Balance. Amy is excellent taking great care to explain the stretches. Today's Reformer class is the best I've been to. I loved the one where looked up and down at the numbers on the springboard to have the correct position.
