Jara is a wonderful instructor! She is great at cueing, if you need modifications or want to take it up a notch she's got you. I highly recommend her cardio sculpt class you will work hard and leave with a smile on your face.
Lauren is AWESOME! She is an enthusiastic instructor who is a master of her craft. She cares about her clients and is mindful of their individual needs and/or limitations. I cannot say enough about how great Lauren is! Club Pilates Jenks would not be the same without her!

Absolutely love Pilates and the challenge it gives with the reformer. My favorite instructor is Lauren, she’s so sweet, funny and gives great instructions for each exercise. Even with the direction she’ll come around and guide you if you aren’t doing it right so you don’t hurt yourself in the long run. Definitely try out a class and book a class with Lauren!!
