Went for thanksgiving and had one of the best meals of my life. Everyone was so nice and helpful and patient. Will be returning tomorrow as we pass through town again!

First time at Fidelity Hotel Club room for dinner. Absolutely a great experience. Friendly staff from the minute you step in. Very cozy atmosphere, Food was exceptional!! Four of us at dinner and we each chose something different. Started with appetizers which were very tasty and entrees were hardy portions and presented well. Service was quick too!! More importantly the customer service was excellent and friendly. Definitely will recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back and probably stay at the hotel as well! The rooms look amazing!

Love going to The Club Room at The Fidelity Hotel for happy hour. It’s such a cool contrast walking in from the busy city into a cozy boutique space. The local art throughout the first floor is a really nice touch. Food is always great, drinks are on point, and we usually grab a spot at the bar by the window to watch the city. Definitely one of our favorite spots in Cleveland.

Pierogi appetizer was delish, as was the chicken schnitzel. Also had a great, crisp glass of white. Kristen was awesome!
