The atmosphere is good, liked that they offered a first timer coupon, smart ball retrieval system & they provide the balls, There is cool foot pedal for controlling tee height, camera angle & golf club selection. Although one of the pedals for camera angle didn't function properly. And, a big let down was that they didn't use the Trackman system, didn't seem too accurate. It is a fun place to go to practice your swing because there is a video replay of your stance after every shot.

First time there, and unfortunately had a little bit of trouble signing onto the simulator, but I called in the number provided, and the person at the other end was extremely helpful and changed to a different simulator and give me an extra 15 minutes. The simulators are great, they give you extremely helpful feedback as well as a video after each shot both from front and side. Also, the price is quite reasonable and you can elect to be in a private room if you wish

It's well run. I've been going there (29 Links Road) about a year. I've only encountered problems a couple of times and they were taken care of quickly.

Open 24 hrs is great. However if you have any issues, there is no one to help. Helpline is only available until 9pm and because there was no employee present, you have to be tech savvy and figure things out yourself. I played from 11pm-1am on a Friday night and we were the only people there. Course was very realistic, too realistic to be honest... also, putting would often not register. Was very frustrating, we left early.

My friend invited me to try this new golf place together. Everything is self served, so might be weird at first. Once you figured out the facility or simulator, it's really fun to play. You can choose different practice or range mode. The best part is it "analysis" yourself and see videos of how you swing. Since this place is new and no staffs, we cannot tell if there are washrooms. Just suggestions for owner, it would be nice to have self serve drinks/ snack machines for hungry people, sanitizers, a little more lights for female players (safety) who come in evening. Overall this is a fun experience.
