Got a new car and decided to sign up for their membership with unlimited car washes to help keep her looking fresh. I always state that I want the inside and outside cleaned. They do a fine job on the outside, but do not expect the inside of your car to look any better than when you dropped it off. It never looks vacuumed, nothing is wiped down, cupholders even somehow looked dirtier and full of some kind of mystery crumbs after them cleaning. It is POSSIBLE that I just didn’t notice that the crumbs were there when I dropped it off, but you would think they wouldn’t be there after paying for a service that is said to clean the inside of your car. I don’t have such high expectations that I expect it to look like it was given a full detail, but i do expect it to look cleaner than i left it, relatively crumb free, free of any stickiness on the steering wheel, and wiped down on the hard surfaces. Everyone has an off day, so i have kept my membership so far and gone 4 times (all with the same disappointing outcome). I might try another location and see if that results in service good enough to continue the membership. Fingers crossed, but incredibly poor value for money so far, at least from this location.

I'm really disappointed I got my oil changed today at the cobblestone auto spa and I left my bag in the car and one of the two employees stole out of my bag I can't believe you can't trust people anymore I honestly didn't think that someone would do this being that there names are on the receipt its my own fault for trusting people

Absolutely by far the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. The only positive note I can make is that the staff were friendly. For $70, I got: -Tree sap on my corner panel -Dirt left in front of my wheel well -Water spots running down the tailgate -Dust and dirt all over the dashboard and cupholders -Misc trash still left in the cab Completely unacceptable for the price point.

I paid $40 for the platinum car wash and was very disappointed. There were water spots all over the car (doors, windows, mirrors) and smudge marks on the windows. Several spots still had dirt on them that I had to clean myself and they forgot my air freshener. The interior had loose bits of leaves and dirt laying around, and the speedometer area had loose dirt all over it. It was much quicker than any previous wash I had and it was busy, felt liked they rushed it. The only positive was how helpful and friendly the woman who rung me up for the car wash was. (Update) - went back after a few years to give it another chance, same story ! Got the $40 platinum wash and car was not thoroughly cleaned. Windows still had debris between them and doors, spots missed, asked specifically for cleaning in between rear lights and trunk, and between windshield and front hood, was told it would be done, neither were done. There was spots comply missed and neglected, embarrassing job. The "quality control" worker wearing a red shirt gave attitude when I brought it up. Was not properly dried, water spots all over. You'd be better off paying $8 for the automated car wash at Costco and drying it yourself. Terrible experience, felt like a rip off, workers clearly seemed like they didn't care to do a good job or take pride in their work. I'm not a picky person and don't leave bad reviews ever, but I will never return to this business.
