I do not understand how a $30 basic car wash doesn’t leave my car any cleaner than I when I brought it in. Nothing cleaned in the interior-just VERY bad vacuuming. The outside was just as bad even after I pointed out some areas that needed to be wiped off the car was still filthy. The upselling by the attendants is out of control. The nicest thing I can say is that they have nice greeting cards to purchase inside the store. Unfortunately there are very few alternatives in N. Scottsdale
Whoa! Can you believe how many 1-star ratings these guys are getting? Time for new management! Here's the deal... They suck at washing cars. Their automatic machine doesn't dry the car off much any more so you have to dry it yourself at their vacuum stations or pay them to do it, then finish it up at their vacuum stations. Ha, yes, you still have to dry it yourself and clean it yourself whether you pay them or not. Here's the funny thing. This is north scottsdale where nobody does their own work if they can pay someone to do it. Yet every vacuum station is full when I'm there. Yes, cause you can't count on these guys to clean your car. Its crazy, cause they don't charge for the vacuum stations or towels or space so they are spending money to give customers cleaning equipment when they could make more money, and spend less, if they just cleaned the cars correctly the first time. So bad these days, and no comprehension of what customers want. Look... vacuum stations full of expensive cars. Everyone doing what they'd love to pay someone else to do; if they could only find someone.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Cobblestone location on Hayden & Frank Lloyd Wright in Scottsdale. My partner brought my car in today for a simple wash as a surprise for me while I was at work. When he returned the vehicle, I immediately noticed significant damage throughout the car. There is a large crack in my glass and chipped paint across multiple parts of the body. This is an $80,000 vehicle, and the level of carelessness is absolutely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I have tried calling the location repeatedly and no one will answer the phone. I am beyond frustrated and just want someone to take responsibility and resolve the damage they caused. At this point, I expect Cobblestone to contact me immediately and make this right. This shouldn’t be how customers are treated.
I really wanted to like these guys because they're close to my house & office, so it's convenient. I've given them several chances but I'm done. I've taken my own truck there probably 6 times and had the same experience every time. I get the same detailing done each time, and each time the price has varied dramatically. I've asked them repeatedly to just save my information into my account so we don't have to go through the smoke and mirrors sales pitch every single time, but they never have--which makes me feel like it's how they try and oversell a bunch of nonsense every time. To make matters worse, when I came to pick my truck up last weekend I noticed that they'd broken the handles used to adjust the AC/heater vent direction... not just on one vent, but on 3 out of 4 of my vents. I called them twice, and both times they said they'd have "the manager" call me back... but I've yet to hear from anyone and it's been a week. These guys are overpriced and they play a lot of games with their pricing. I get that everyone is looking to make money, which I'm fine with, but I just paid them about $400 to damage a new truck, only to have them completely blow me off about it. I have about 15 guys who work for me and have fleet trucks, most of them went there to get their fleet trucks and personal vehicles detailed, but that stops today, at least for my fleet trucks. I'll find somewhere to spend my money.
I’m very disappointed with the service . After paying for a full cleaning, my car’s interior was still dirty, and the trunk wasn’t vacuumed at all. For the price charged, I expected a thorough job, but it seems like basic steps were skipped.i waited for 45 minutes there to vacuum my car by my own and cleaning with towel inside in this hot weather . Attached are photos showing the neglected areas. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place unless they improve their attention to details
