This place does an awful job. I’ve done two full services through them, second time hoping it would come out better (which it did not). The team that dries the car off after the wash is where attention is needed. They hardly touch the car and wave you down to retrieve your vehicle within 15 seconds. There is just no effort at this place at all. Discussed with the manager but you can tell there is no intention of applying any change. Wouldn’t recommend at all and won’t be returning. I would recommend hiring a mobile service, there’s tons of them.

I love this Cobblestone ! We are moving and will miss it here. Wish they had this in our new state. Eloy was very helpful and made sure our membership was cancelled before our move .

Asked for no scent, but got extra strong scent. The individual who took my order knew it was a mistake and said the revised system added a step for the attendants to confirm no scent instructions. He was cool and felt bad. The manager was absolutely ZERO help and should be replaced. His solution was to roll my windows down.

The first time I went to this car wash, I asked for an extra service to Armor All the interior. They took that literally and brought my car to the very back of the building, but they didn't actually wash the outside -- even though I had paid for a full wash. They also Armor All'd the floor mats, which made them extremely slippery and unsafe to drive on for weeks. The second time I went, the service was just as disappointing. They rushed through the job, left the windows streaky, didn't clean the rims, and didn't even vacuum the passenger seat. It looked terrible, and I still ended up paying over $40 plus a tip. Also wanted to add that when I drove up that the guy was trying to hide with his hands, the cheaper car washes and shaking the hand out so I couldn't read it and I told him to stop shaking it and remove his hand so I could actually see the options.
