Look this review can easily change to at least a 4 star. The positives are prices and car wash itself are great. Some ppl may be completely fine with just the exterior but enthusiasts and everyone in general should also care just as much about the interior. The thing is this car wash advertises free vacuums but half do not work and the other are weak as hell. Ppl would be able to clean their cars faster and move along much faster if we were able to detail our cleans faster and vacuums worked instead of someone taking forever to vacumn and having to vacunen area multiple times. I understand why people take forever in a bay with how slow bad and sometimes just flat out don’t work that is the state of vacuums
