I’m very disappointed with the customer service here. They were quick to take my payment for the car wash, but when it came to actually using the vacuums, they shut them off before I had a chance to use them. If they close at 8 PM, they shouldn’t be allowing cars in right before closing if customers won’t be able to use all the services. To make things worse, they removed all the clean cloths and the staff had poor attitudes. One employee in particular was especially unprofessional. There were at least four other cars there dealing with the same issue, so it clearly wasn’t just me. If the policy is to stop service early, that needs to be communicated clearly. A simple solution would be to stop letting customers in around 7:30 PM instead of taking their money and then limiting access to equipment. I would not recommend this place to friends or family. You’re better off going somewhere like Costco, where you get better value and service for your money.

Worst car wash location ever don’t go here, they didn’t secure a ladder and ruined my front bumper and tried blaming me for it they weren’t helpful besides cover for their own butts wouldn’t recommend them a shame
