When you’re paying a higher price, it can be hard to trust that the job will truly be done well. After doing some research, I came across Coconut Cleaning—and I couldn’t have made my decision without the reviews. Now I completely understand them. This company and its staff are absolutely OUTSTANDING. Hands down, this is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every concern was handled with genuine kindness and professionalism. I truly cannot say enough good things about this company. It’s rare to find both excellent work and great people, and I am beyond impressed. Thank you to Evan for picking up the rug while wearing booties, and thank you to Michael for patiently waiting and making everything go so smoothly. A big thank-you as well to all the staff who helped through emails and phone calls. Amazing experience from start to finish! And of course, the rug looks incredibly clean—honestly, it looks even better than when we first bought it and had it delivered to our home!

Seth with Coconut Cleaning was amazing! We are happy with the results, professionalism, and attention to detail! We had our carpet, hard wood floors, rugs, and upholstered couch cleaned.

WOW is all I can say!! Seth was absolutely incredible and was so educational and respectful. He explained the whole process of carpet cleaning, broke down all the costs prior to beginning, and was so efficient in getting in and out with a job completed. He shared all the different services they offer and I couldn't believe how great our carpets looked after! So affordable too! 100/10 experience.

Salvador and the coconut cleaning company were nothing but top notch from booking to actual service and clean up. My carpets look brand new and even better compared to our other provider we had used in the past. Pricing was comparable but their results surpassed the other non chemical company we used in the past. Thank you for taking such great care of our carpets and rugs Salvador! Looking forward to our next coconut clean. Photos are of the completed work, wish I would Have taken before photos too. I thought the carpets looked “clean” with normal wear and tear spots but man was I shocked how dirty they actually were.

Another STELLAR experience with Coconut Cleaners!! This is the 3rd time we have had them come out to professionally clean our carpets and the results are always amazing. Thank you, Salvador for doing such a great job! BUT...this time we also had them update and seal the grout in our tiled areas! We bought our home 2 years ago and the grout situation has always annoyed me. Not anymore!! Michael did a fan-freaking-tastic job getting them clean and refreshed. With regular maintenance, this service should last up to 5 years. Always a pleasure doing business with Coconut Cleaners. Amazing customer service + excellent technicians + affordable pricing = customers for life!!
