I just had the least painful waxing in my 20+ years of getting waxed!! I’ve been coming to Cocoon for several years now, but this was my first time with Rihanna. She was outstanding! So friendly and knowledgeable! And her technique led to a relatively pain free experience (waxing will never be completely pain free). I also appreciated that she checked in on me every step of the way and genuinely cared about my comfort. Rihanna is my new go to person!

I’ve worked with Susannah at Cocoon a few times now, and I always walk away feeling refreshed and cared for. She is particularly great at sugaring and facials! Her attention to detail and calm, sweet energy makes her a good choice for someone like me, who was anxious to first go in, but she quickly set me at ease. I will definitely be returning!

Wonderful experience. Friendly and welcoming front desk staff, and very calm and clean environment. I regularly get my sugaring done here with Kelly. She's knowledgeable, easy going, and does a fantastic job.
