Hidden gem in the Gabba, great coffee roastery, but parking can be problematic. Don't let this deter you as the coffee is great. Bang on flavours & you can buy their beans

Finally got a chance to visit the HQ of this coffee roaster, since they also run a coffee shop here offering both SOE and pour-over to get to try their products. The roaster machines here are for real, not for show. Being a Speciality Coffee hobbyist, it was such a good surprise to have a chance to "catch" the owner Ian for a very long chat, to understand his "coffee mentality" behind his business and projects! It's eye-opening to know Australia in particular Queensland does produce good coffee beans that have 90+ scores and had won competition! I look forward to seeing more of speciality coffee workshops and even coffee roasting workshops for home coffee roasting newbies.

I came to this venue because I became aware that they won Coffee of the year, and for a coffee lover, this didn’t go unnoticed particularly that it’s in Brisbane. Well, I received the award-winning service from the award-winning coffee. What a great family business, met with a smile, and appreciation for my order. I felt very lucky as I got the last bag of the Auditory award-winning bean. I can definitely recommend this place, to pop in and have a brew. Super super lovely people and a great local business. Well done and congratulations on the award for 2025.

Had the pleasure of having a latte art private class with the amazing Brad and also met Ian and Vanessa at Coffee Mentality, Woolloongabba. Brad is a fountain of knowledge and got me making swan latte art in our 2 hour session. I'd highly recommend going to Coffee Mentality for any training or private classes as it's rare to have a cafe and training space at the same venue. Ian and Vanessa are such great people with a great ethos that makes Coffee Mentality an amazing Brisbane cafe. They're coffee is great with a nice selection of blends and single origins.
