Always a good spot for boba. They’re inconsistent with sweetness level for the fruit teas though. Sometimes I ask for 50% sweet and it tastes like 100% sweet. There’s also a credit card surcharge if your total amount is below $10 which is annoying & outdated.

Taste? Yummy! Price? Convenient and affordable. As with every Coffee or Tea location this place is consistent. Everything off the menu is always well made and quickly served, even during rush hours. The staff are competent, friendly? Not so much. Had to dock stars for presentation. Unfortunately this location doesnt seal their drinks like other boba shops, so my milk tea came in a clear cup with a lid. The drink was filled beyond the rim meaning spillage! Every squeeze of the cup led to sticky drink everywhere! Messy!

This place has been a love of my life for 26 yrs, since 1999. And all my memories are here; childhood memories, fun times, and laugh with friends and families. However, the signature original black milk tea tastes very bland, and the hot cappuccino sometimes were only half filled nowadays.. But I still loved running into old time friends and cute puppies here.

I really love the shaved ice here. Green tea ice cream, boba pearls, red beans, condensed milk, and I always add pudding. I love the pudding here—Soft, eggy, perfect. I always add it. I don’t even think about it. One bite and I’m back in Taiwan.

A hidden gem. The store is hidden away in an unassuming location, the strip mall with 7-11. It has a lofty atmosphere with decent seating options to enjoy your freshly made drinks. I would avoid the powdered milk teas and jump straight into the fresh fruit series they have. They are delicious. I love the fresh papaya milk, you will not regret it.
