I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with Coffin & Trout in Chandler. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and provides outstanding customer service. I’ve brought multiple watches (Rolex) in for service and have also purchased new watches from them (both Tudor and Rolex), and every experience has been easy, smooth, and enjoyable. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make you feel confident in your decisions. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ben as my sales associate; he’s been open and upfront about the global supply constraints impacting Rolex availability and communicated realistic expectations. He’s been helpful, supportive, and successful in procuring desired models of both Rolex and Tudor. It’s refreshing to work with him and the Coffin & Trout team, as they are all professional and genuinely pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience at Coffin & Trout! Ben provided outstanding service and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We had such a fantastic experience with Phillip at Coffin and Trout. I had called to inquire about getting a Rolex for my husband and really did not know much about the buying process. Phillip took lots of time to explain everything and discuss the watch. The store went above and beyond to make this a special gift for him. We were thrilled when we got the call that his watch was in and we enjoyed Phillips knowledge of the watch and Rolex brand. Everyone at this store was so wonderful and we will definitely be back!
