Paid 200 for this crappy service my carpets are soaked in water. If any mold occurs I’ll be following up with my attorney. I’m part of a paralegal program and I’ll fall through with this. This is unbelievable paid them 200 for the service 178 for the cleaning and 25 for a tip. Do not use this service. It’s horrible.

I had Dan H. Clean my sofa - he was very professional and provided multiple options and price points so I could evaluate and decide the level of cleaning I wanted. He gave a time estimate to complete the work and provided updates along the way. He was happy to answer any questions and suggested some day to day options if spills reoccur. I have used COIT for wood floor cleaning, carpet cleaning, tile cleaning and upholstery cleaning and they always have done a great job. Dan H. Was one of the most professional representatives I have had perform work, but all technicians have been hardworking and considerate of my home.

Our tech, Charlee, was extremely kind, informative, professional, and very thorough with cleaning our heavily soiled carpets. Our carpets look great!! We highly recommend Charlee at COIT for any carpet cleaning services!!
