My husband heard about Colaw through his coworker and we came to check it out today. Kim was very friendly, she gave us a tour of the gym, was very knowledgeable in all they have to offer and we were able to sign up to start working out! Sooo excited to start this journey with Colaw
Dawson is truly one of the best assistant managers I’ve ever met at any gym. Every single time I walk into Colaw Fitness, he’s welcoming, professional, and actually cares about the members. He goes above and beyond to help, listens, and makes the whole environment feel positive and comfortable. You can tell he takes pride in his job and in treating people right. Colaw is lucky to have him!!!
Abby and Ryder were so helpful and provided a great customer service experience. I just became a member today and they made the experience so smooth! Thank you guys! I really appreciate my personal trainer Jeff!! He has helped me mentally and physically! I would recommend Jeff to anyone!
Josh was great helping me sign up. Jeff was amazing helping with the details and he was vacuuming the entry keeping it nice and clean which I adore.
Facility is always clean, staff are always welcoming and friendly. And the music, just sets the most amazing atmosphere! Sammie helped me get signed up for my fitness journey :) THANKS GIRL!
