Our experience with Coldiron tent rentals was wonderful! Layne couldn’t have been more helpful!! …and patient 🙂. She actually helped us design the layout of the tent for our wedding reception and made sure we had everything we needed. The setup crew was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend them!

Layne Butler was so very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable with assisting us with our wedding. She answered our random questions and made suggestions for the big day, that we would never thought of. The team that came to set up the tent was very professional and knowledgeable as well as the team that broke down the tent. All around a smooth execution. We were extremely happy with our tents! Cold Iron did fabulous work this summer 2024 for our USTA Father/Son Tennis Tournament at Cincinnati Tennis Club. We will be a repeat customer for sure.

After inquiring with many companies in the area, ColdIron was the clear winner for us. Not only did they have wonderful products to provide, but Layne was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the entire process. Scheduling a wedding during covid came with many uncertainties and changes, but she was there every step of the way. She also gave many suggestions that best suited our space, while being economical! I also cannot recommend the Gold Chiavari Chairs enough. They are a beautiful color, very lightweight, comfortable, and are in pristine condition. It is evident that ColdIron cares about their products and takes great care of their inventory. Thank you ColdIron for making the process a breeze and providing quality products for our Wedding Reception! Note: We rented table length linens and the gold chiavari chairs, as seen in this photo. Napkin linens were provided by venue, but ColdIron had a wide variety of options as well!
