What a joke. Our unaccompanied baggage will be delayed and Coleman American Moving Services is blaming Travis Airforce Base for the delay so that they do not have to pay us an inconvenience claim. Even though Coleman Moving picked up our UB on November 4th and did not deliver it to Travis AFB until 12/1 with a required delivery date of 12/12. If they blame the delay on the AMC they are not required to reimburse for inconvenience. This gave AMC only 10 days to ship the UB to Guam, really less than that since it would still have to go through customs. Well Played. As if moving across the word isn't stressful enough, you can't even rely on companies doing the job they were hired to do.
