The first delivery team was great unfortunately the pieces used to support the mattress was too long so now I have to wait on a 2nd person to come out and fix the frame with the correct sizes. Very inconvenient for my schedule!

Didn’t have a good experience. Was interested in buying a lamp but the shade attachment to stand was broken. They had used shower curtain hooks to attach it. We were willing to fix it on our own but asked for a price reduction of at least 20% since it was a defected piece - the customer service was unhelpful and quite frankly disinterested to help us resolve the issue or make the sale. Didn’t have a pleasant experience & wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.

Tory in sales at the store.... fantastic!! He was patient, so friendly & professional!! The delivery guys...all three very professional & friendly. Colfax has a very well-oiled machine, but extremely friendly too!
