Today was my first time here and the service was very good. The staff was nice and friendly. I waited about 10mins before I was seen which is normal for a Saturday afternoon. Recommend 😊

This is my third time coming the last two times I got designs and Anna did a wonderful job she focused on me and she just really has a warm energy about herself she didn’t try to convince me to get acrylic and it will be better and last longer, Amy did my toes I told her a color I wanted and I showed her what I was going for she I didn’t know she went a picked out the actual color I was going for cause the color I picked was actually too light and I’m glad she showed me and educated me. It feels good to want to feel good and they give you the experience you’re looking for. The whole staff is really welcoming me my new forever spot.

This was my first time here ever. The front desk lady Amy is extremely rude and made a crappy joke about my husband upon us walking into the salon. I made my selection and she got angry because I only wanted the basic pedicure with no extras. Not wanting a customer's money is wild! I felt discriminated against. Don't go here.

Everyone at this salon is always very friendly and offer great service, which is why I continue to come back and get pedicures and gel manicure here. This is the only salon I come to in Arlington. But Tracy offered me the BEST service I have ever experienced. She is so kind, attentive, delivered a fantastic gel pedicure, amazing massage that focused on foot and muscular flexion, and halfway through the massage noticed my massage chair had gone off and thought to have my turn it back on for my favorite part of the service (parrafin wax) and even noticed I had blisters on the backs of my heels and when the pedicure was over, applied bandaids for me. Seriously the sweetest most thoughtful tech and the best pedicure. I will always come back here. Thank you Tracy!
