Once the project was scheduled, Ross kept me updated via text (my preference) when weather was inconvenient for the initial plan. Once Ross arrived, he was professional and kind as he began prepping the space and beginning the work. The finished stained wood shingles look amazing, and I'm making a list for next year to have them hopefully come back and paint the other types of trim on our 100yo bungalow! Also, their rates were affordable and competitive. I never felt talked down to or patronized, which to me is an important part of customer service. Thank you again!
