Columbus Roofing Company did an amazing job on my roof. I had an excellent experience with this roofing company from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and kept the job site clean throughout the project. They explained the process clearly and answered all my questions. The final result looks great, and the work was completed exactly as promised. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing services.

As a luxury real estate agent, I’ve worked with countless contractors and service providers and Columbus Roofing Company is truly one of the best. I’ve not only trusted them for my own properties, but I’ve also referred several of my clients, and every single one has had an exceptional experience. Jaiden, our sales rep, is phenomenal professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. He made the entire process smooth from inspection to installation and even goes to bat for his clients with insurance companies. He communicates at every step of the way and ensuring the workmanship was top-tier. The roof looks amazing, and their clean-up was flawless. Whether it’s for my clients or my own properties, I can confidently say Columbus Roofing Company sets the standard for quality and integrity in this industry. Highly recommend them and definitely ask for Jaiden!

Am very satisfied with the work. Special thanks to Daragon Lay, the sales rep. who was very patient in working with me since there were several delays in navigating the insurance claim process and HOA approval. The replacement team (Tanner, Devon, Austin, Gunnar) were courteous and available throughout the entire replacement and post-inspection activity. I especially appreciate the extra touches such as loaning of large shingle sample boards, roof crawl space inspection, color match painting of vent tubes, and secondary debris magnet sweep.

I had Justin come out to inspect my roof after a recent storm, and I was really impressed with his honesty and professionalism. He took the time to thoroughly check everything, explained what he was looking for, and even showed me pictures from the inspection. In the end, he told me the roof was in great shape and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. It’s rare to find someone that honest in this business — Justin truly earned my trust. I’ll definitely be calling him again when it’s time for my next inspection or any future roofing work!

We couldn’t be happier with everything Nathan at Columbus Roofing Company did for us. He was extremely professional and explained the process so we could understand the steps it would take to get a new roof. The crew that installed the new roofs on my home and detached garage were very professional. They did a great job from start to finish as well as cleaned up everything very well afterwards. Not one nail found! Nathan was there to over see the crew and make sure everything was done properly. I would strongly recommend Nathan and Columbus Roofing Company. Working with Columbus Roofing Company took away any insecurity we had on the process and will be referring them to my friends.
