I had a great experience at Common Grounds! As a beginner, I was a little nervous, but Catherine was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, patient, and attentive, making sure I understood the movements and felt comfortable the entire time. Her guidance made the class feel welcoming and approachable. I’m really glad I took this class and would definitely recommend it to other beginners.
I really loved this class! It felt challenging but in a very doable, motivating way. Catherine explained everything clearly and paid attention to form, which made me feel supported instead of lost. The flow was smooth, the burn was real, and I left feeling stronger and way more stretched out than when I walked in. The studio itself was calm, clean, and had a really nice, welcoming vibe! 🍃
Such a cute studio! Took my first basics class today with Candace and from the very beginning she created such a warm and welcoming environment. It wasn’t easy, but it felt so good! Can’t wait to come back.
Every time I come to this welcoming studio on Jefferson Blvd, I am amazed and surprised by all the different types of exercises that can be done on a reformer with additions. Today I got to experience jump boarding ( mini trampoline) while laying on the reforming, surprisingly energetic. All the instructors are great and give great guidance and help with your form and alignment for protection as well as making the classes fun. Looking forward to my next class as they are never the same
I absolutely love this establishment every time I attend a class I feel well balanced, relaxed, and most importantly I feel as though I had a great workout. The place is clean the people are attentive and friendly the instructors are very helpful would highly recommend this studio to anyone interested in Pilates or a different form of workout out alternative to weight training.
