We saw Dr Chapa-Wilson for the first time today and she treated us SO well. Everyone from the front desk, to nurses and staff were willing to help my daughter get the referral she needed by the time we left. I am a very satisfied mama.

Everyone in this clinic is amazing from the front girls Shan and ember and the girls from gyn amber and trinity. And the pedi girls Cheli, Mel, Diane and Katie. The doctors Dr chapa, Dr Sykes and dr Shirley great doctors. The practice manager Maria she is great and of course Fabi. I have been coming to this clinic for a while now and the way everyone is always smiling and the care couldn’t say better things about how amazing everyone is here.

I will never come here again. Was pregnant with my first baby in 2024. The sonographer was absolutely rude. She didn’t let me ask any questions and she wasn’t even professional about it. So I was quiet the whole time. At the end she told me I needed to calm down because having a boy was going to make me more aggressive. I think her name was Rachel. Steer clear of this place simply because of this woman. The doctor I was seeing there is not even there anymore either. Find somewhere else to go if you’re pregnant.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely love CommuniCare and especially Dr. Lydia Chapa! Out of the three different locations we’ve visited, this one is by far our favorite. We love this CommuniCare location more than the other three we’ve been to because of the outstanding care, professionalism, and warmth we always experience here. Dr. Chapa has truly been the best pediatrician we’ve ever seen for our daughter. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and caring, and she always takes the time to listen to every concern we have—never making us feel rushed or overlooked. She goes above and beyond to make sure our daughter gets the best care possible, whether it’s following up on test results, explaining things in detail, or ensuring we fully understand every step of her care plan. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and truly cares for her patients. Her staff is amazing as well—always friendly, professional, and welcoming. They make every visit smooth and stress-free, from check-in to check-out. If you’re looking for a pediatrician who treats your child like their own and provides exceptional care, Dr. Lydia Chapa at CommuniCare is the one. We’re so thankful to have found her and this wonderful location!

I had a follow up exam with Dr Van De Putte after a rough prior appointment with a different provider… and let me tell you! She is SO SWEET and kind. It was a much better experience by far — words can’t do her bedside manner justice— and I am eternally grateful for her understanding and kindness. I wish every OBGYN was just as professional and sweet— that balance of honesty, informed consent, and gentle bedside manner during such a compromising type of appointment makes a world of difference. She expertly was able to maintain a very comforting and calm exam and was able to reassure me that everything was ok, and she went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued patient— and especially she made me feel like a person deserving of care and not just something to get through. Such a sweet heart and incredibly professional and thorough. Thank you! Also- Amber was the nurse who also helped me for my appointment and she was delightful! Everyone including the staff up front were so nice. I really REALLY prefer this Communicare location and I am very grateful for the care I received today. Thank you.
