I've been coming here for years and never had any complaints until this year. I've been getting nonstop calls from Bella Optical to "remind me I need to make an appointment". I called in September and said "I'll call you, please stop calling", I called again in October and asked to be removed from their call list and was told by the call center agent that they can't do it. I called again this month and was told by the office that my number was removed and I should no longer be getting call. Today I just got another call. I've asked multiple times to have the call stopped and now this feels like harassment. I want the calls to stop effective immediately.

Bella Optical has been my provider of choice for over a decade. They have a very unique office, almost like a home, with the largest display of designer glasses that exist! The place is very well run, immaculate and they will always send reminders of when your next examination is due. Special thanks to Cheryl who has been there for years and taken great care of me. Always itemizing the costs before I schedule an appointment she understands a busy client needs that reassurance. She always researches the benefits you have and knows how to apply them correctly. And they always provide instructions on how to get your rebate! When you schedule a time to be seen you will be seen then, no waiting around endlessly. And no matter how busy they are I've never seen the staff anything less than calm and friendly. Thank you all!

The best team at Bella Optical!!! Wendy helped me with my new frames and lenses and was the sweetest! Mary-Jenn greeted us and was also super sweet!! The whole staff was so welcoming, kind, and truly give the best service

I would like to thank the entire staff from the front office for your courtesy and professionalism. My grandson order for his glasses was delayed and lost somewhere between the lab and the office receiving the glasses. Thank you to the office manager, Mary-Jenn for diligence in researching to find out what happened to the order and for resolving the problem. Your professional and courtesy remained intact and shinned through to settle my family’s disappointment and frustration in not receiving the glasses in the expected timeframe. Thank you Mary-Jenn and Sheryl that the issued was resolved to our satisfaction and my grandson order was received. He is excited about his new glasses and looking very handsome in wearing them. 💗🌷
