The first time, I had Melissa complete my taxes virtually and online. The second time, I booked an appointment online, came at the designated time, and was welcomes to a friendly environment. Melissa was able to thoroughly explain my deductions and maximize my returns. Melissa definitely went above and beyond to explain how the filing status makes a big difference with what your returns are. I would recommend her for any folks out there. It was super quick and easy. When I left home, I realized that I still had questions so I called the office and had them leave a message for Melissa for her to call back. Later that day, I received a call and was able to have Melissa answer my questions and adjust some errors I made. In-Person Service requires a up front fee after the service is completed. The virtual tax preparation--you can have it deducted from your tax return when it is processed. But you will need to contact them to have them create an account for you to upload your documents.

Community Tax+ is one of the best tax services I've used in the many years I've been a tax filer. Melissa assisted with amending several of my tax returns in a timely manner that were filed incorrectly through another tax agency and was able to maximize my tax deductions.
