Thank you Mark Flanagan. Thank you to the crew who were respectful of our house, our yard, and our plants. Upon completion of the job, you couldn't even tell work had been done, outside of the beautiful new roof. There were no nails on the ground, no trash left anywhere, and no debris from the old roof or the new supplies. Mark, your communication was was fantastic, explaining the job, providing options and direction, and helping us navigate the insurance process. We also appreciated the updates on arrival times and progress while the job was being done. We never felt rushed, hesitant, or confused. This is probably the most heartfelt review I have ever written. Compass Roofing was definitely the best decision we made for our roofing needs. Mark Flanagan is an extremely patient, detail oriented, considerate, and highly knowledgeable person. He guided us throughout the entire process, from filing a claim and negotiating a settlement to thoroughly investigating any damages that were missed by the insurance company. He also helped us decide on any repairs and fixes down to the last nail. Mark was always just a text away, consistently responding promptly to calls and messages, and kept us informed throughout the process. As our contractor, he took care of every single detail. The only worry when working with Mark was that I initially thought he was too good to be true. However, he truly knows what he is doing. I am so happy with our roof and the several other aspects of our project that were brilliantly handled. I am truly appreciative of the great work and wonderful service from this company. I highly, highly recommend Compass Roofing.

Red metal roof. Compass put a red metal roof on our house. They did an outstanding job. The craftmanship was great and the job was done in one day from strippingoff the old roof to finishingup with the details. They also cleaned up after themselves.

Robert and his crew did a great job. The were timely, considerate and easy to work with. Robert worked with my insurance company seamlessly and was very informative about the total process of restoring our home after hail damage.
