Just No ! Left an item for repair and was told 2 weeks . 4 weeks later , still not fixed . No communication, no idea what they are doing . Picked it up still broken and lost $100 in the process.

Rang them for advice regarding repair of a TV. After 10 mins of information gathering they worked out the TV was unrepairable. Great tech know-how and fantastic customer service. Well done. If ever I have TV issues in the future I'll be calling them.

Had an issue with my Turntable. Took it to Complete and within a few days they had diagnosed and fixed the issue. Communication and explanation from staff/techs was great. Highly Recommend
