After Knee surgery, Tom was my therapist. I so appreciated his professionalism and knowledge for rehabbing my knee. The one on one therapy is so welcoming and individulized to my specific needs to get me back to my best!

I have been going to Complete Physical Therapy for treatment for over 1 1/2 years for a progressive auto immune disease. One of the primary reasons I have been able to get around so well and slow the progression of the disease is because of the very talented, knowledgeable, caring and skilled Physical Therapists and Technicians at this business. You are not just a patient, you are an individual whose treatment and care is specifically tailored to your physical and medical needs and requirements. They work with you and care very much about your overall progress and success. I can't praise and recommend this group often enough. They are amazing professionals and I am blessed that my physicians sent me to them. LuAnn (Lu) Detwiler

Complete Physical Therapy is hands down the most incompetent, disorganized, and unprofessional medical office we've ever dealt with. Transitioning my daughter to a new PT office should have been simple, but they turned it into a complete nightmare, for absolutely no reason other than their own ignorance and ego. They clearly have no clue that a signed release isn't even legally required when coordinating care with another provider. That's healthcare 101, but it's not my job to inform you of the law. Throughout treatment, my daughter was constantly in pain ( 2 treatments at another office and she's already better) The therapist and their “assistant” clearly don’t talk to each other and had no consistent plan. When I tried to just stick with the PT, they kept trying to put me back on the assistant's schedule and each time, I would have to tell them NO, it is not what I wanted. It felt like we were starting over every session. The appointment times were a disaster, completely inflexible and never worked with our schedule. And the place smells musty. I thought maybe all PT offices smelled musty, but nope, just theirs. If you want actual results, professionalism, and a staff that doesn't act like you're bothering them by asking for basic care, go to Lincoln Physical Therapy instead. They actually know what they’re doing. As for Complete PT: avoid it like the plague. The bar for quality healthcare is low, but somehow they’ve managed to trip over it.

The folks at Complete Physical Therapy are excellent. My experience was with Nick and Amy was so productive. I came in with issues involving a torn meniscus; now my legs, core, etc. are much stronger and more stable. They did a great job diagnosing issues and explaining how the the various muscle systems work together. They answered lots of questions and gave me exercises that I can continue to do at home. I highly recommend this PT group.
