HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Receptionist didn’t inform me of cancellation policy and that I would be able to call and leave a voicemail but according to the person who took my call did ( SHE SAY , HE SAY) and since I didn’t call 4 hours before to cancel appointment I cannot reschedule. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT NEW PATIENTS !!!! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Staff is rude and unprofessional. My son went in for an asthma follow up after being hospitalized, but they refuse to authorize a rescue inhaler for school a day after his follow up appointment. Thank you for putting patient care first.

From the front desk to the doctor the treatment is awesome. I get a warm welcome with smiles each time l bring my baby for check up. Dr. Jindal has a great sense of humor and talks to us in a friendly manner, explaining each detail with love. I would give this practice more than 5 stars if it were possible.

We had a wonderful experience during our visit! The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly regarding my daughter’s growth at her age and what to expect. She made sure all our questions were answered and helped us feel informed. So grateful for her care and professionalism!

Went there on Halloween for the first time with my son and daughter. Everyone there was extremely friendly and kind. They were so helpful and made us feel welcome. Dr. Jindal is so kind and understanding. She genuinely cares about your kid(s) and has excellent bedside manners! She didn't make us feel rushed, answered all of my questions and just really took the time out to get to know my children. We love it here and so happy we found this place. Thank You!!!
