the buy sell trade idea is awesome, happy yo have found and done business for the first time with this store. I sold something I was given a fair price and I was in and out very quickly. great customer service a lot of inventory and a lot of high-end inventory. prices were a little high in my opinion but that could just be me.
Customer service: 9/10 They were very friendly. Greeted me and ask if I had any questions. Alex helped me and answer all of my questiones and concern. The only bad thing is that the time of service, Alex said it would be done in 2 hrs. I came back they wasn't still done. Needed extra 40 min. Yes, I would come back to them. Already thinking of bring couple phones to them to fix.
My Pixel 6 charging/data port wasnt holding the cable so I took it in to Compupod. The person that helped me had it fixed in less than 5 minutes and was very courteous. Very reasonable and great service. I will take my phone to Compupod in the future for all service needs. Thank you!
I got a recommendation to go here from a guy at Sweet Memory downtown. I texted Compupod and they made me an offer that was not outrageous. I arrived and explained my phone situation and they told me I needed just a cleaning which cost even less. Such an amazing service to be honest and affordable. An amazing rarity in a big city. Thank you. You completely earned your reputation.
The customer service was good. The guy was very friendly and helpful. Everything was able to be sorted out and fixed with my Nintendo Switch so I was very happy with the end product. Will be coming again if I run into any issues in the future.
