I recently contacted Computer and Wireless and had a same day response to my enquiry. From there I was put intouch with Yaser. He was amazing, he came to my home the very next day at a time that suited me. He was able to assist me with most of my computer set up struggles (caused by the incompetence of another company). He collected my laptop the very next day, when another company could not resolve their issue, and returned it the same day. He sorted my laptop and its now working perfectly. I have all the access rights. He went the extra mile to explain everything to me and resolved everything promptly. I really needed my laptop for an exam and Yaser was so understanding and empathic, he went above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with their computer (I didn't have a clue), installing programs and apps, technical support... intact anything computer related. They do it all. Very trustworthy and reliable. I feel relieved to have their details should I ever need them again.
Having started my own PH firm I needed a reliable IT company who could take the stress away from me to deal with in computer issues. The people at Computer and Wireless are absolutely fantastic.
