Michael has been out to my home around a dozen times. He is the only one I call when I have computer problems. He is knowledgeable and dependable, and always on time !!! I have trusted him with my $10,000 streaming computer too bad the company that actually built it dropped the ball and Michael had to fix their problems !! Michael, I hope you’re doing well. The last time I saw you was in the winter of early 2025 the paperweight has disappeared 🤣🤣 and now I have an Alienware desktop that’s been very dependable the Alienware X 17 laptop that you last worked on is working fantastic no issues with either drive nor the operating system. I hope life is treating you. Well I’m sure I will see you again sooner or later by the way, I have your Pepsi on ice !!!

I’ve called Mike twice now because of troubles with my PC, and both times he’s come out same day and done an excellent job. He’s very efficient, friendly, and makes what he’s doing make sense even though I barely know anything about PCs. He works to stretch your dollar as much as possible which is really appreciated. I recommend him to everyone.
