At one time or another we are faced with getting a new phone. The prospect can give those of us who are less than computer literate, nightmares! After spending way more time with various issues with my new I-phone, I abandoned my efforts and decided to try an advertised resource in the neighborhood. Computer Solutions on Watson not only lived up to advertised expectations, Michael Fountain, became my knight in shining armor! The service was prompt, accurate, at a level I could understand and use. You can call for an appointment and every effort was made to see me at a time I could get there. The store itself was located at an accessible area of Watson Road and the parking was close to the door. The store was clean and tidy and Michael was welcoming, knowledgeable, and the prices were very reasonable. Do yourself a favor….avoid the large store band shops at the mall with their long lines and sometimes ineffectual service solutions, and visit a neighborhood option that might even result in a good night’s worry free sleep that you might not have had in a while…….I’m just wondering if Mr. Fountain might start wearing a “super power cape”.

I rarely write reviews, but after my experience this morning with Computer Solutions on Watson Rd, I absolutely had to. I called them right at 8:15 AM, desperate for help with my son’s iPad. They were the only repair shop in the area open that early—every competitor I checked didn’t open until 10. I had a packed day ahead of me, so their early hours already made a huge difference. When I called, I spoke with a genuinely kind gentleman. I explained that my son had managed to break his charger off inside the iPad’s charging port. He calmly walked me through the possibilities: they would try to remove the broken piece, but if the port itself was damaged, a replacement might be needed and could take a couple of days. Fair, honest, and straightforward. My son and I drove right over. The same gentleman greeted us with a smile and said, “That must be that iPad,” which immediately put us at ease. He took a quick look and let us know he’d need a special tool from the back. No problem at all. While we waited, I noticed how clean, organized, and well-maintained the shop was. You can tell it’s been recently updated and that the staff takes pride in their workspace. Within five minutes, he returned—not only with a diagnosis, but with the actual fix. He had successfully removed the broken charger tip from the port and made sure everything was working by testing it right in front of us. The iPad charged perfectly. Problem solved by 8:45 AM. My little boy was thrilled, and I was honestly blown away. When I asked what I owed, fully expecting at least a service fee, he told me there was no charge. All he asked was that I leave a review because that’s how they’ve been growing their customer base. So here I am, happily doing just that. This was hands-down the most efficient, kind, honest service I’ve ever experienced with any phone or tablet repair shop—and unfortunately, I’ve visited more than a few over the years. Computer Solutions has earned my business for all future iPhone and iPad needs. Thank you, Computer Solutions. You made our morning, saved our iPad, and gained loyal customers for life.

Computer Solutions is an outstanding computer company that maintains exemplary & knowledgeable employees. They always go above & beyond to ensure their customers are provided the most up-to-date applications & software. They followup with their clients to ensure additional programs of interest are reviewed. They discuss & explain in detail new programs & always ensure the customers questions & concerns are fully understood. They are a lifeline for my family for all our Apple computer & phone software. We would be lost without the entire staff. Our family gives them a 100+ rating!!

I’ve been here several times for service on a MacBook and a couple other Apple devices the past eight years. I’ve always been pleased with the service and the repairs. It’s a good local alternative to The Apple Store and shows up on the Apple support website if you need to schedule a repair. Most recently I went for a software issue on my new iPad and the solution turned out to be so simple that they didn’t even have to charge me. They also will take your old devices & other electronics for recycling as well.

The team at computer solution is excellent. When my iMac needed repair, they were friendly and knowledgeable from the moment I called. They clearly explained the issue and fixed it with a quick turnaround time. My computer is working perfectly now, and I really appreciate their great communication and professionalism.
